Wig Shipping Policy

Wigsonline.com Shipping Policies

Wigsonline.com ships via UPS and FedEx, and therefore cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and comparable FedEx methods as our shipping options, to the United States only. Wigsonline.com has no control over shipping costs, since they are generated directly from UPS and FedEx. 

Wigsonline.com is not responsible for any shipping charges due to returns, refusals, or undeliverable packages. We are also not responsible for any shipping disruptions, errors, or delays; whether they are caused by the manufacturer or shipping company.

Wigsonline.com is also not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may occur.

Wig Return Policy and Exchanges

All sales from Wigsonline.com are final. You are entitled to an exchange, or a retail store credit or online store credit. If any merchandise shipped to you is defective, we will replace it with the same item. Wigsonline.com is not responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs. All returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is returned in its original condition with all tags attached. This means it has not been cut, worn, colored, or altered in any other way.
  • The product must be returned in its original manufacturer’s box.
  • The original copy of the Wigsonline.com invoice must be included.
  • You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping to us.
  • Costume wigs, discontinued items, styling products, shampoos, conditioners, accessories, headwear, all Henry Margu, and all Mane Attraction products are not returnable and are considered final sale.

Merchandise Exchanges

You are permitted to return a product purchased from Wigsonline.com for a Wigsonline.com retail store credit or online store credit only, provided you meet the same requirements as above. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, your Wigsonline.com account will be issued an online store credit or retail store credit for the amount that you paid for the product (excluding shipping and handling costs, restocking fees, and tax, if applicable). You can use this credit at anytime towards the purchase of any item on Wigsonline.com’s website or retail showroom for one year. Please call (800) 772-1523 to use your store credit. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Cancellation of Merchandise

There will be a $35 fee charged if:

  • You cancel your order after 24-hours of placing it.
  • Your order is returned to us because of a wrong address or refused delivery.

Backordered Merchandise

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority wait list. Your product(s) will be promptly shipped upon arrival. You will be updated via email with the estimated arrival date.
